this last little bit of weight doesn't want to move scales have stayed same all week. oh well will eat healthy tomorrow but booze will happen

Might take a while...however, not a diet but "a new way of life", you'll get there even drinking a pint or two here and there. Cheers!!

Thanks yeah not drank last few weekends so why not any gain I put on generally lose mid week so need to remind myself I have reached further than I hoped so to relax. Yes way of life not diet :)
