I didn't actually weigh myself yesterday but my weight automatically updated with my challenge update.

I'm very happy so far but still not quite what I'd managed pre-Christmas
55.6 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
