Geez. Getting nowhere.
Today I feel like I need to pull myself together and focus on food intake for the next month. How can I gain 4 pounds in 2 weeks and not lose any when I cut calories? Water weight can't be the only reason.
Food shopping today and starting fresh again today.
Reunion getting closer and no progress.

I feel your frustration. Do you weigh daily? Are you doing strength training? Many things can impact your weight. Hang in there and keep going!
