And so a new year dawns.

Following a week of being on next years naughty list I now intend to get a grip and continue with the healthy lifestyle I have built for myself with the help of this site. Last two check ups have shown I can keep my diabetes in check, and so this year I have to make sure I do.
Many of my Christmas presents have been clothes in my new slimmer size and I want to stay that way.
