I haven't weighed myself today, I might leave that until tomorrow to see the real effect of this week's awful binge eating!
I'm just 3lbs off my target at the moment but can imagine that I'm going to be back up again at the next weigh in - so long as I can reign it in again after Christmas all will be well....
