Really not sure what came over me yesterday, it could have been the fact I'm fighting a cold but I just couldn't stop eating!

It started off with doughnut and just went downhill from there!

My average intake for December so far is appalling, now I must be under for the rest of the week to offset this and potentially next weeks celebrations
