This was so easy to make. I sautee'd the sugar snap peas, asparagus & some onion in butter. Added some garlic & the shrimp....sprinkled it all with lemon pepper & a bit of red pepper flakes. I added some lemon juice, grated parmesan & a little of the water I cooked the pasta in. Linguini in the bowl....top with veggies....more Parmesan to taste. The crisp veggies made it nice 😋 I used those veggies cause I had them in the fridge. You can add broccoli or spinach instead.
