You are always cooking up deliciousness. I have three things I make and I only cook once every 3 weeks so it really spreads it out.- makes it more of a treat. LOL. :(

DP, when I worked full time our meals were often pretty mundane.....a protein (meat or fish), a vegetable (usually steamed) & a starch (potatoes, rice or pasta). I've become more creative as I've gotten older. Most of the time I prefer it not take a lot of time though. We used to eat out a lot more. I'm a little burnt out on creating meals that are tasty, healthy & affordable. Seems like we're eating the same thing a lot.

Rockstars need a little vacay every now & then to revive their creativity. I‘d eat your lasagna anyday😋😋

Why don’t you try a meal service page? I get ideas from their websites menus and make my own version because I’m not gonna spend that money. 😜

Most of my meals are the same type of ingredients but prepared in different ways. I only noticed that when I started posting random food pics on FS. But they don’t reflect all my food intake. A protein, veg and starch are the building blocks so nothing wrong with starting at that place.. Maybe try switch out and use different spices. Or challenge yourself when going to the grocery store that your list includes x amounts of fruits and veg but your choices have to be something new. I also look at meal service pages because the actual foods are simple and it’s generally the spices used that make them different.

Kat, you reminded me I have recipes from Hello Fresh from when we tried them for awhile. I do still make the Firecracker meatballs occasionally. I should pull them out & see what else there is.
