Yay my little blip has gone and I'm now a healthy BMI I'm so excited I have been slowly watching it reduce and cant help smiling that I'm in the healthy range. This whole diet was to make me healthier and happier for me and my kids and been worth it. 7 more lbs to target 🎯:)

Awesome job!! Only 7 more lbs, too. It must feel so good to hit that BMI goal. You're an inspiration to me to keep going.

I started at 15 stone 12 last year I got to 14.9 in february this year and am now 11 stone 5 lbs !!!! always keep going but you will get there
