Feeling really ashamed of myself. We went for a holiday bar lunch and I had the Big Scottish Breakfast. Two eggs, two hash browns, two Lorne sausage, black pudding, tomato, beans, toast and enough bacon to choke a trucker Add to that a side portion of chips. My wife had the same breakfast. And gave me the half she couldn't eat! Even I had to call a halt before I had eaten it. Oh, and a pint!!
On the way home she popped into the bakers, for a bun, and though I said "not for me", once in the shop I got an apple turn over. Well, there was no calorie numbers on it so it must be okay. Surely.

Hey jockot, don't feel ashamed of yourself, we all have slip ups now and then, the important thing is that you recognized you've had a bad day, draw a line under it and start afresh tomorrow x
