Ate over 4,000 calories yesterday, trying to “get rid of” all the things I won’t be able to eat starting today. 188.2 on the scales this morning - a full 10 pounds higher than I was before Thanksgiving. Note to Self: do NOT do this again next year!

Thankfully, my extreme madness didn’t catapult me up into the 190’s, but it will take awhile to undo this damage. Bowels are stopped up, so once I get them moving, it should help.

I’ve been sick for 2 days. Bad headaches. Took a covid test yesterday and it was negative, but I found out last night that I didn’t do it exactly correctly. Running low on them, so I won’t take another unless I get worse!

Ran out of room to type. Please pray for me today, as my new goals regimen begins! Walking, PT exercises, drinking water, getting in Fiber, Piano practice, DIETING! LOTS of things I have NOT been doing, that all now need to be incorporated into each day. Going back to bed for another hour or two, so I can start the day rested. BEST WISHES TO YOU ALL! May God give us all the motivation and determination we need to have a year we can look back on with pride!

I’m up almost 5 pounds between Christmas week alone 🤦🏻‍♀️😒but I ate a lot of foods I normally get once a year! The leftovers were tossed by the 27th including cookies! I’ve been doing my best to get back on track now! Keep working on it!

PTL I felt much better today! Thank you for your prayer, Morticia! I walked 2-1/2 miles, drank 3 bottles of water, had a great piano practice, ate significantly less calories, got in much more Protein than I have been getting, began my new Bible in a Year reading program, started off the year by praying for all the important people in my life, increased Fiber, did some PT exercises, made Jell-O for myself and Chocolate Chip muffins (which my husband requested - no pecans, so I’m better able to resist them). A good start on the New Year.

A lot of us got off track this year .. I gained 6 lbs since Thanksgiving. I've been working hard and am down 2lbs. I just keep going forward! Happy New Year!🎉

i have the same holiday issue. made my shopping list. will get what i can afford as soon as bills for the month are paid. looking forward to the grocery store
