went shopping while hungry ( always a bad and expensive mistake) now house filled cake, choc and lots of goodies. im going to have watch a film in bed so I wont cave :/

donate them - get rid of them, otherwise you'll just eat them to 'save waste' I binned two packs of sweets on Monday for this very reason!

i was so good yesterday but caved and ate one today. was 109 cals so i finish on 1550 for whole day
