Need to press that reset button and get back to caring for myself! I do no exercise to speak of and I buy things to nibble over a few days and then shovel them down my throat like the world is about to end. So starting tomorrow I am going to work on my self control, start to move more and listen to what my body is telling me. Might start my journals again, writing down successes and slip ups might keep me more focused. I find handwriting journals makes them more real, something about your hand running across a page just deepens the meaning.

keep going, Lorna, you are doing great. It's hard to keep a record every single day as well as exercise and life in general. you definitely have inspired me to get back into the fatsecret logging and you are right, journalling by hand is good, there are many mindful and Wellbeing journal books in my crazy filing area waiting to be used x all the best, sandy

Thank you Sandy, I have been creeping up for a while now, 1.5st gained, but feel strong for new beginnings today.
