I did my leg workout yesterday. I found it hard to believe that my legs were still fatigued from my race Saturday. I still pushed heavy but it was tough. I mostly had issues with the leg press and squats.
This morning was raining so I ran in the rain. I figured I would be wet from sweat anyway so this way I got my exercise and a shower at the same time. I managed 8 miles on my worn out legs. No record breaking pace but I got through it.
My diet is still going well. I needed more carbs for my Sunday refeed. I ended up eating a lot of nuts which was too much fat. After vacation I'll be back on keto so no refeeds. I'm sure my weight will be up after my vacation. I'm hoping hiking and walking will keep up my fitness. If not I'll be back into it when I get back.
I hope everyone is have a great week so far.
