CatHerder's Journal, 26 Sep 15

It was a foggy drizzly morning. There was also a stiff breeze to add to the wonderful weather. It was about 60 degrees. Needless to say I got soaked on my race. Unfortunately no views due to the fog and my glasses covered in rain.

I was happy with my run. My average pace was 10:52/mile. I cut over a minute per mile from my last race. This was a much more challenging course. I thought the last hill was never going to end.

I hope everyone has a great rest of their weekend!

Wonderful progress! Shaving off a minute per mile is huge! We had beautiful weather here - shorts and a t-shirt!

FANTASTIC per/mile pace especially given the terrain and weather conditions! Hope you enjoy your 'day of rest' today!

Well done on your race time! Shame about the weather. But maybe it made you run faster?
