Same as last year. Back home after nearly 4 months away and a lot of random eating, and need to lose weight and get into better eating habits now. Starting with daily logging of food. I'm also aiming to get outside for at least a few minutes each day, and hopefully building that up gradually in the hope that I'll be able to do at least some of the little walks here that I was doing before I went away.

I've been having some slight pain in one hip this last year, and that seems to be getting worse now, so that I can't walk very much at the moment, and have to walk slowly. I'm hoping a bit of exercise will lead to improvement. If not, I'll be off to see the doctor soon!
