I ran 4.5 miles today, my first run all week. My personal and career life have been interrupting. I feel bad about not rising to mattride’s challenge but glad to be running again after only squeezing in a few short walks recently. Eating has been good. Having a tiny snack twice a day (even if candy, though that won’t be my plan) seems to help so much with my blood sugar so much that I don’t crash and want 4 snacks before dinner. So I’m staying slim though I did eat a piece of cheesecake yesterday and experienced a tiny weight bump. I hope everyone is feeling happy and healthy today!

30 miles is a pretty steep challenge. I haven't been able to pull it off yet
