day 1, 1202 cals, iv given myself 1500 for the day, so if I fancy something later will have it if its in my cals, how's everyone else doing?? xx

Well done you H - until I get UK home I’m having a crazy holiday week I’m sure I will regret it but it’s been great to have some social engagements and relax

You are doing great I stay at 1500 Cal and try to stay slightly under. I do almost all the cooking for wife and I but she is a meat lover and I tend to like veggies and one pot meals.
