Hello all, i need an advice i have been stuck on the same weight for 2 weeks now or it goes up a bit i eat ~ 1600 calories a day i exercise at the gym lift weights but no change my measurements are a bit smaller but idk why my weight is not moving trying to convince myself that is building muscles but I'm a bit upset that the scale is not changing any advice?

If your body composition has changed you might have to recalculate calories and macros.

Absolutely right - same thing happened to me - your body composition is changing in a good way. Mark my words u will find it drops off in another week. Don’t lose hope and keep the momentum going

hi don't know much about mussels etc, But I do know you need to hang in there. Don't give up. I have been trying to lose one pound in 6 years🤣🤣🤣. I haven't given up, just eat too much now and again. Good luck and be proud you are trying to do something about it. Merry Mel 😍

Could be muscle gain so not showing fat loss. Hang in there.
