I am so so so so so close to being under 200lbs! (Which I do believe in the dieting world is referred to as one-derland)
So happy I was with the weight loss, even after driving back home, I did a 2am trip to the gym.
Now I'm on holiday, back to the old routine. 3 days on, 1 day off. Planned my naughty food days (Thursday and Saturday).
Hopefully I can be of a healthy weight soon! xx
