Thanks guys! I don't know if you'd call any of it romantic, but I like it as much as going on a mini cruise around the harbor or going to a baseball game. We always hit Pilates class on Thursday nights -- extra incentive to workout!🤗🧘🏻

@Morticia: a date involving getting a shot would probably sound cool to any nurse!🙃@YoH: Yay!!! Farmer's Markets are the best excuse to wear a sundress and people watch. How did Hot Hubs like it?

Hahaha. Every time you call him hot hubs i tell him and he smiles. He tries not to but he loves it!🤭🤪. He liked it. We are going back in a couple weeks. He wont go to Seattle since our politicians decided to turn it into a toilet a couple years ago and now seem so baffled as to why our crime rate is so high. Gee i wonder. so i went to pike place with my daughter. It looks better downtown than last time i was there and I’ve always loved pike place. Also, that was the scene of the crime for the halibut lunch that i partook in😜. Puyallup is only 15 min away tho way smaller than Seattle.

@Otb: when my ex-H and I first started up, I suggested a blood donating date (which I've done since I was 17). Turns out he was a regular donor, too. Gotta find the right match💚 But nothing like spending the night on a battleship! (and the award for best original (family) date goes to....OTB!)

Jb have you ever heard of a yellow watermelon? Stopped at a roadside fresh produce place and they had so many interesting fruits. We got two melons can’t remember what they are called but never heard of them before either. One is supposed to be like a cross between an Asian pear and cantaloupe. Not the most economical purchase but couldn’t help it everything looked amazing. Got peaches, honey crisps, cherries (for hubs i dont like), strawberries blueberries those crazy 2 diff kind of melons but we still have a regular watermelon here so skipped that yellow one. Supposed to have a less grainy texture they said and slightly less sweet. Im curious.

@YoH: I've never tried a yellow watermelon -- I hope to, though, because I looooove watermelons. I can eat half of a big one in a day (and not gain weight). I am all for experimentation with roadside fruits, so if you guys can remember what those melons are, please review! (Is this produce date shopping becoming a new habit? You'll be needing more sundresses 👗🍉)

Cindy who hurt you so badly that you seem beyond repair? So many people out here have tried to help you but you are filled with so much hatred and pain that you just can’t control it. There is NO reason for you to come on to a thread for a person you clearly do not like.
You need to get some serious help.
What possible reason would have to go so far back to a thread that has ended just to spew your venom?

Sounds like a fun, relaxing date.
You should post some pictures of all the yummy farmers market foods you're getting.

Cindy, that's really unkind and uncalled for.
If you don't like what someone posts, don't read it. There's no need to go out of your way to be harsh and rude.

Cindy, it's her journal, she has the right to post what she's wants. Just because it doesn't align with your beliefs is no reason to condemn and belittle it. It is your responsibility to control your responses. If you read someone's journal and can't support them, the least you can do is not be critical and hurtful, to pass by, and not give it any heed. You don't need to police other people's journals. FatSecret is a place of support, kindness, and love. When you make hurtful and spiteful comments it takes away from that. Try to channel your energies for positivity instead of actively searching out things to be negative about.

It is the entire purpose of having a journal on here. We are all free to post what we want to. If you don't like the content, don't read it. If she gets supportive comments, that is entirely all right. Your opinions and beliefs do not, and should not, dictate what happens on this platform. Try to view it from a place of positivity, and perhaps it will not bother you so much.
