Draglist's Journal, 10 May 23

Woke at 225.3, down 2.1 from yesterday. Had some cheese pizza after my eating window last night, but it doesn't seem to have hurt too much. Going in for a urologist procedure this afternoon. I'll eat when I get home from that. UPDATE: I came home, took a nap, and then picked Denise up at school. I forgot that she had a board meeting, so I drove her there and went to the Greene Turtle sports bar, a block away. Had dinner there. Did not get lower than my waking weight today.
