Help, I lost my ability to post pictures. Some may remember that I used to share pictures of meals, activities, and family. I have been trying to post pictures since last summer, but have been unable to do so. Can someone please explain or direct me to a link so that I can understand what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance!!!

On an apple iOS device: hit the home icon in the lower left corner of the app. Then, at the top right corner of the screen, do you see a camera icon? Click that to post a photo.

I've had the same problem for about a year. I don't use the app but log in to the website on my laptop. I've tried everything except getting a new laptop.

I use the app on my phone and hit the little camera button I hope that helps.

I use an Android phone. I think I have tried everything. Others have had the same problem. There has got to be an answer somewhere.

Delete the app and reinstall.

I have an android. Have you checked your phone settings to see if you have given FS permission to your camera and photos/files ? Go to settings, then privacy, then permissions, then camera. You should see what apps have all access, no access, or only when using the app to your camera. Scroll down until you see FS then click on it and change the access. Then repeat and change the permissions for photos /files. Hope this helps.

correction not photos/files. it is listed as files/media.

Thanks to everyone trying to help. When I try to upload a picture file, I can see it on my FS app. When I check to see if it made it online with my laptop, it's nowhere to be found. I used to work fine...
