Hello Do you mind sharing the recipe for the tofu nuggets. It’s hard to find bariatric friendly foods to try and the nuggets do look good. 

They were sold premade at Publix and I added mushrooms carrots and broccoli  

They are good if you can find them  

Thank you for sharing. There’s no Publix in my area but I’ll try the Whole Foods. I appreciate it.
