Last Christmas my wife immediate family had a fallout. Today we were invited to a get together this evening for three birthdays over the bank holiday weekend. We decided to let sleeping dogs lie and go along and we have had a good time. Kept the food to a minimum but had chocolate birthday cake with double cream. Hope the weigh in goes ok tomorrow!

Well, whatever happens at weigh in tomorrow, we need to be able to live LIFE, and sometimes, that will mean an occasional "treat" like you had today...Even if you are UP tomorrow, you will be OK in the long run...Cheering for you, Buddy :)
