Good walk on this cold morning. Walked 2.5 miles including a steep incline up the old pit tip. I feel better now I am back walking after nearly a week off.

Hi,um I going start trackiNg my steps or walks! I do walk but its like ten mins only, cause you know how I do my elipical and I just got a exercise bike!! Dose that count lol
