aw noooo,whats happened?.know how dissapointing it can be .i lost 3lb 2 weeks ago but have come to a stand still.chin up and carry on,you will do it x 

thanks Brenda, just treading water on the dieting front - that usually means putting on weight! Not giving up tho.

I started on here with the weight I was at a couple of weeks ago before really using the app.. and it says I've gain nearly 10lbs.. So got a lot more to lose than I thought, but all you lovely people have helped me so far and its lovely x
