It's coming up to Easter, time of cake and chocolate and family and wine! I have decided to not count calories at all over the 4 day weeken, and then get back on the plan on Tuesday.

I wonder how 4 days of binging will affect my weight? Hopefully it won't be too bad as at last weigh in I was only 2lb off my target weight.

I'm thinking of getting down below my target and then being less strict with what I eat but weighing weekly and try to avoid the weight gain creeping up on me like last time! I think it's going to be easiert to lose the odd pound than the odd 14lbs LOL

Last weekend was my niece's birthday. There was cake, I put on a kilo :(

Wow! honestly don't think I could gain more than a kilo in a week! I think it took me a year to creep up the stone I gained..so fingers crossed!!

oh and for me it's the booze not the cake that will be my downfall

I think it must be water a weight fluctuation, but also before the weekend I had quite a strict diet of vegetables and lean meat. Over the weekend whilst staying with my parents I was offered lots of cheese, bread, biscuits, and full fat milk in coffee every 10 minutes etc...

I don't blame u hun, I've resorted to this,, I've been shocking al week and I've lost it, can't wait for Easter to be over, enjoy it and get back on that horse :) xxx
