Important day tomorrow, as well as weigh in and having to admit I have yet again failed my Yoga challenge, it is my bloods check up day where I shall eventually find out if my diet and exercise regime has had any effect on my diabetes. Never before have I been so focussed on my diet and health, never been on a diet as I always thought I was ok. A bit overweight, maybe, but thought I was eating healthily.....obviously not! Well they do say pride comes before a fall, here's hoping I can manage to get back up again. Nearly at my target weight, and well within the ideal BMI range, so just the glucose count to get back under control. Fingers crossed.
