Bad day for exercise today. Steps on fitbit way down. Stuck in office all day, computer down so all arrivals and departures had to be correlated on paper and balanced by hand. Fortunately everything balanced, just not my own calorific input and output LOLS!!! Not much leg movement but plenty of brain, hand and eye co-ordination. Oh well hopefully my weigh in won't be too much of a disaster tomorrow.
