Things are looking good for the "walk 100 miles in 12 weeks" challenge. Already clocked up 12.95 miles this week and three days to go. Thank you Fitbit. So easy to keep track of my miles and the 6000 steps a day which I am supposed to do, minimum, to keep my diabetes under control. Diet still on track too. Weigh day Monday.
