Morning everyone, trying to hit my food plan daily - hard part is on an evening ( esp as I’ve a sweet tooth )

Hitting gym mostly 2x a day .. weights & 40mins stair master around teatime..

Weight going in the right direction.. a long way to go .. but I’ll get there ..
