Exceeded calories very slightly today, should have avoided the crisps and peanuts!!

On the plus side I have been walking today for approx 4 hrs in total (morning and afternoon), hopefully helping the healing process with my ankle - my progress is soooooo slow, painful and exhausting!!! :(
