Fara 75 nope it's not. I just count my calories without forbidden myself from things I like. For me it's about the amount of good.

Hello Asma.Bek, you look great don't know what 14kg is but it sounds good weldone. My weigh in is tomorrow so only the scales can show the truth. But fingers crossed I should lose one lb.
