House viewings? This sounds like fun. :-) 

@Livin trust me it is a pain , the house prices in Worthing as so Dear, trying to find the right one is difficult! I have viewed a dozen so far and none so far have come up to my standards! 

Ah, yes. House prices are ridiculously high here, too. Many are buying fixers, but this is always risky. What type of house do you prefer? 

I currently have a three bedroom detached, which is to big fora single man so iam looking to downsize to a one bedroom penthouse flatwith sea views or within walking distance of the seafront. Any profits I make will be contributed to maintaining the lifestyle I enjoy! 

Sea views are the best! :-) 

Ever since I remember I have lived by the sea could never live in a city 

Cities have their value, but I also prefer more natural surroundings for home life. I would love to be by the sea again, someday. 

Living if you bring Moops with you when I move into my new place your are more than welcome to come to visit and I will take you and Moops to London to visit the sites! Are cities in England tend to be quite ruff, hence move people to the coast forcing prices up 

This sounds like a wonderful trip! I'm sure we'd all have a fabulous time :-)  

I'll book you in for 2023? Unfortunately there is not enough time to book in for our Queen s platinum jubilee 🙃 

Works for me. It's going to be crazy there. Fun, but crazy. Do you have events planned yet? 

We have a street party planned,I will probably end up passed and end up people back to my house to continue the party to the late hours, bucket the diet! 

Totally get it! There will never be anyone like Queen Elizabeth again. I'll be raising a glass to her!!!

But make sure you have a terrace for a bit of a garden! You LIKEa garden and so does Misty!

Acomandr as I get older having a three bedroom house is to big for me only sleeping in one so i am downsizing and going to enjoy the money raised maybe visiting my friends in America? Beautiful women like yourself are more than welcome to visit and I will take to London to see the sights
