Hello All, I am back from holiday no reception 😀. I will weigh tomorrow but I've eaten far too much eg icecream, cake, yoghurt cereals chips and on and on. This will make you all laugh 😃, Jim went to Sheerness I went to Skateness 🤣😅😅. 0nly 120 miles 🙄. we had a fantastic time even did Whitstable in the pouring rain, Still wonderful. How are you All? if anyone finding things difficult please shout out. while on holiday I did swimming twice and one Aqua Arobic's it was great. i will go on the scales tomorrow with my eyes shut, won't shock then. Glad to be back on line. Love to you all Merry Mel ❤️ ps it's my Jim's birthday today (18) 68 rearly.

Hello All, yes I'm back, and thanks 😊 for all your kindness and support. The last time I was 114 lbs was May 22nd 2021. So now I need to budge eight pounds as my clothes are too tight. Jim is delighted with all your Birthday messages and love he said thank you all I am delighted 😀 but been 68 means I'm really 18, 🤣😅😂. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone. Much love Merry Mel ❤️.
