Hi everyone weather okish so will head out for some exercise just a walk maybe another dress will see am really pleased with my progress as far as sticking with it food wise only one thing can’t seem to give up is sugar with my tea hypoglycaemia hits hard when I have it without I managed just two teaspoons per day will give it a miss today & test the results no complaints otherwise hope our Jamie is on the mend sending everyone love positive vibes …,

Well I came back walked 22 mins in two parts a12 mins sat down had my hot chocolate then another 10 mins got a new dress yes another one today 😊passed by Clark’s mom got me a new pair of shoes to go with the dress really nice to just go out then straight to the kitchen prepared tomorrows lunch baked some sea bream my beloved partner suggested a recipe turned out amazing first time I had raw beetroots in salad usually pickled I don’t like them but raw it’s amazing in salad lemon dressing no oil a small portion of brown rice yum … ate lunch around 8 pm so might have some protein if I get hungry thank you for supporting me in my most challenging times … love u all xxx
