Hi everyone weather okish so will head out for some exercise just a walk maybe another dress will see am really pleased with my progress as far as sticking with it food wise only one thing can’t seem to give up is sugar with my tea hypoglycaemia hits hard when I have it without I managed just two teaspoons per day will give it a miss today & test the results no complaints otherwise hope our Jamie is on the mend sending everyone love positive vibes …,
