Its very colourful, a bet very tasty too. But 2 me, bad combination. I cook beetroot and cover it in apple cider vinegar. Roast beetroot is sweet and full of flavour, but too much sugar. If you have no weight issues, diabetes or bad cholesterol, this is a great dish. Good for you!
