Surprising even myself here. Got plank up to 30 seconds and 15 pushups, and lost 3lb this week. It's amazing what you can do when your health is at stake.
65 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
