I usually weigh myself either on Saturdays or Sundays, but since it was my birthday yesterday (Sunday 6th), I spent the weekend "indulging" big time with beer, curries, chocolate, beer, cake & double cream, beer, thick sliced toast ... oh, and did I say beer? :)
Anyway, given that I've probably consumed a million billion calories over the weekend I thought it best not to worry myself having a weigh-in. And unlike previous indulgencies I don't feel at all guilty :)
It's good to indulge from time to time, but as of today I will be back on track watching and burning those calories, and hopefully come next Sunday's weigh-in I won't have put on more than a couple of pound.
