This morning I did:
JessicaSmithTV - Full Upper Body Workout Exercise Video | 20-Minute Strength Workout for All Levels

Used 5kg weights so had to alternate on some moves, but still a great workout.

It was lovely weather this weekend and a bit wasted due to hubby's bad back and poor planning on our part. I did, however, go to the quarterly vegan market on Saturday and got some seriously high calorie, but delicious, food and walked around and further in to town for a full 90 minutes picking up various bits. Then I walked to another nearby retail park and walked around the shops there and back for a good 90 minutes yesterday as well. Bought some wool to knit my niece a scarf for her birthday later in March.

This morning I was a bit pushed for time, but hopefully I can manage a 40 minute workout one evening and then a 30 minute one to finish the week. Will try to get some good walking done on at least 3 days as well even though the weather's not looking good this week.

Hubby is keen to make some better health choices this month and he'll give up drinking for four weeks as well. I don't feel I need to do that because I don't think my 2 or 3 cans of 4% cider over the weekend are a problem, but I'm sure having less fry ups, treats and convenience foods will help me tremendously as well. Also hopefully convinced him to swap the extra thick white slices of bread he has for breakfast and lunch to something healthier so we'll see how that goes. He'll probably drop like 5kg in the first week without any real effort while I'll still be lucky to drop half a kilo. Anyhoo. He's only starting next week so it will be 4 weeks from then. I'm starting today.
