When I first took my current primary job I agreed to slightly less than forty hours with the intention that I would get a second job later. At first I didn’t seek one though, since I was focused on adrenal fatigue recovery, and the extra time became convenient for exercise. Now that I have a second job (and am also covering for my boss at my primary job), I am finding it harder to make my schedule work. I almost didn’t run today but due to a snafu a health appointment was fortunately accidentally rescheduled so I just ran 4.8 miles. Tomorrow I expect a very long work day. So I will go for a walk if I can but I may be too pooped. Then Saturday I have to work when I would normally run so I am thinking of running Friday and then Saturday going to the gym after work instead. Then Sunday usual run and/or maybe more gym. Anyway, gotta get ready for work. Have a great day FSF!

Hard to squeeze it in sometimes. I didn't get out of bed this morning to lift planning to do it after work but both my scheduled second shift people called in leaving me here until 10. 😢 so frustrating. I should have gone this morning! I know how often something gets in the way after work.

Thanks davidsprincess. That sounds frustrating. I often have something after work but other days I’m just too tired. Last night I thought about going for a run but it was late enough that I thought maybe I’d be winding myself up before bedtime. Then my fiancé wanted to watch tv together so I did that. I was thankful I managed to get exercise in today instead. I have not been getting to the gym lately like you have though. I have to get back on it! Have a great day!
