Feeling mildly addicted to food and my phone. Life is good, but I think I’ve got too much going on. Planning my wedding, getting licensed for foster and adoption, covering some of my supervisor’s duties as well as my own while new at my second job at my fiancés office, exercise and self care and relationships and miscellaneous hobbies plus a small volunteer role… I need a nap. Or our honeymoon. In related good news, the other day we finally settled on a wedding venue and I finally picked my bridesmaids (I’m lucky to have a lot of friends who are like sisters in spite of not having a sister) and as a bonus we picked a honeymoon location. I’m saying a prayer to restore a bit of balance in my life which supports my healthy eating and exercise habits. And I will say a prayer for the same for any of you who need it.
