I daren't stand on the scales. It's a disaster.

Oh do join me, I'm having the most enormous fail. I lost about 4 lbs and put them back on. Just hideous. I'm now on the vegetable soup diet where I eat vegetable soup in the perennial hope of a 7 pound poo. It's just not funny.
