This morning I did:
Heather Robertson - 40 MIN Upper Body Push Workout // DAY 1 HR12WEEK 2.0

Did my own thing for the last 10 minutes because burpees don't appeal and for some reason the laying tricep presses really hurt my hip. But, otherwise it was great. Going for a coffee with a new friend this afternoon so will get some steps in then. Hubby is joining a meetup group for a walk as well since yesterday's one was cancelled due to rain. It's nice to see him making some small changes without me prompting him. This week he bought a seeded loaf of bread instead of his usual extra thick sliced white - great to see! I might have a slice or two myself this week with our healthy lunch time soups. He's also made us a delicious veggie stew for dinners, which we have with Plant Menu Meatless Meatballs - delish!

So far I'm on track to my daily average goal of 1600 calories, but I might have a treat when I go for coffee so will see. It won't break the bank since this week has been quite good, but a lovely coffee might do the trick without anything extra.

Enjoy your Sunday afternoons everyone! xxx

Just wondering if you were using a mat? Really helps to cushion the hip. Regardless, I change a thing or two from time to time also, you did it!! Yay! Awesome job Nikina! ❤️💪🏻

Thanks Nikina! A towel is great, I’ve done that or sometimes I fold my mat a few times. Works wonders. I hope to keep up the whole 12 weeks. So far so good and yes, feels awesome!!! 🤗💪🏻

Thanks Mermee! I think the mental break in December was just what I needed so hopefully this determination/routine will stick around for a while. Hope you're having a great weekend too! xxx
