This evening I did:
Heather Robertson - Intense Strength Supersets // Full Body Unilateral Workout

Modified some moves I wasn't in the mood for and did dumbbell presses and skull crushers instead. Also used a 2.5kg rather than my other 5kg one for the boxing moves. All felt pretty good though. I would have liked to do a 10 min abs add-on, but I was thoroughly knackered after.

This was just after 6pm - so an evening workout can be done! Will see if I can do it again on Thursday evening with a walk on Wednesday and Friday. I guess 3 workouts a week is fine for now and it's better than nothing.

Calorie counting is not going well. We went to a pub quiz last night and I had two ciders - didn't really even think about it and voilà - 500 calories extra! Oh, and did I mention a free chip sandwich as well - and this was after already having dinner. Our team of 6 people got 16 correct answers out of 25. Not sure when we'll venture out on a Monday evening to be hammered like that again - but it was quite fun to see some of the folks we're starting to get to know a bit better now through the Meetup groups we've joined.

So, reeling calories in for the rest of the week will be challenging since I've already had some additional snacks today. If I can keep my daily average below 2000 calories it would be a miracle - but I might surprise myself and perform some magic. Will keep track though so I have 4 complete weeks on record for November as well - then I think December will be one week on, one week off perhaps.

Hope you're all enjoying the last week of November! So close to 2022 now. Hope it will be a year filled with some fresh new beginnings for all of us! xxx

Seems like Heather is growing on you!!! Ha!! I like it. I follow her monthly plans that are all free. November has had the extra 10 minute a day to add on and it’s been a challenge but so far I am on track and have not missed one. Sore head to toe! The plank challenge yesterday left me with sore muscles I didn’t know existed. Ha ha!! And I couldn’t agree with you more, hopefully 2022 will be a fresh start for us all. So true. ❤️✔️

Yes, thank you Wifey! I am really enjoying her workouts lately. It must be so cool to stick with her plan for a whole month though! At the moment I'm just picking what I feel like on the day, but it might be an idea for January. It sounds like a good soreness you have and I've started to push myself to fatigue more often lately too. Loving the doms the next day or two as well, but I know I can do more so will work towards improving. Hope you're having a great week! 💪👍💕
