Checking my weight daily causes me to realize that more than food consumed the day before contributes to my morning weight. My take away is to watch for a trend. That's the way to reach my goals...
75.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree with you 100%. Way too much damage can occur in just a few days. BTW - Nice weight loss - keep up the good work!

You are so right John... also for me, to weigh daily, is a great encouragement-- and at times discouragement.. but still a great motivator... keep up the great work..
