A lifetime first for me - A half marathon distance jog was completed this morning, there were lots of hills 377 metres of them and I had to dig very deep at the end. Delighted to have completed it in 2H23M.

Next target is a less than 1 hour for 10K - I can't see it happening this month as I have to reduce my time by 6 minutes but you never know.

I did fail on the biscuits front yesterday and so a calorie small deficit is needed today.
