Great workout this morning with:
Heather Robertson - Chest, Back & Shoulders Workout // Strength Supersets
Just what I needed - a nice slow, steady pace. I had to lower my weights from 5kg to 4kg for the last superset, but all good.

So many options! Wonderful! Thanks Becca! 💕 They all seem great so I might try a few out. I also answer to Nik, Nicki, Nix and Niknaks, (which is a nickname my cousin gave me), but just Nik is fine. 😊
