This morning I am barely in the "Blue." Today's lunch is panko-breaded chicken tenderloin, hamburger bun, dukes mayo, and pickle slices. Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 462 kcal deficit // BF↑0.2% and is out of range // Sleep Goal met
